I like the Fred Perry style of clothing which is often simple, effective and offers a rainbow of colours. In particular, I admire their range of classic Polo shirts. Even though their prices are expensive, I adore their image and simplicity of the shop. This shop is often quiet with very few customers, so it is a relaxing shopping experience tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Paradise Street. It’s also an extremely tidy and clean looking shop that I did not want to touch anything! Fred Perry is another a decent, popular brand and a gem of Liverpool One.

I have and always will be a massive fan of the Fred Perry brand and was delighted to discover that Liverpool One had a store dedicated entirely too this wonderful purveyor of clothing. On entry to this small store I was astonished by the value and range which was on offer to the customer and found myself in a shopping heaven. This store deserves a mention because it is so well kept, the place always looks immaculate and the staff are on hand at all times to help even if they can be a little bit pushy at times. The Fred Perry brand has a long history which is important to the development of styles in this country over the last fifty years or so and this store really does the brand proud. They are always giving away free badges with the classic logo and various other images adorning them. On the whole a real gem of a store at the heart of Liverpool.

For all those new Mods, old Mods or anyone who just likes to wear polo t shirts buttoned up to the nines. Fred Perry is here in all its glory, just around the corner from Liverpool One. This is a great little shop with lots of nice Fred Perry’s tees, jackets, shoes, jumpers and other bits and bobs. It screams MOD as you walk in, and leaves you skint as you walk out! I must admit I’m a fan of Fred Perry and I like the way the brand has crossed generations and still hung on as a cult fashion accessory. But there’s only a few people that suit polo’s buttoned up to the neck. and sadly I’m not one of them. I recently went to this shop with a friend. The service was fantastic, and he ended up buying two polo tees for about £80. An amount I’m afraid I couldn’t justify for two tee shirts~!

Fred Perry specific shops are few and far between, so it was nice to find a shop dedicated to the brand. Its a very quiet shop, tucked away at the back of Liverpool one so you are unlikely to find yourself fighting for space. The staff seemed friendly enough, but were distinctly absent from the experience as a whole. They almost seemed bored, probably as the shop was so quiet. However I prefer to be unhurried when i shop so i really enjoyed the shop.

I’m not usually a fan of Fred Perry but their window display enticed me(lifesize table football characters, what a great creation). Upon entering the store I noted how clean and well set-out it was. The staff immediately approached me to ask if I wanted any help and were extremely friendly. Fred Perry is largely affiliated with men’s clothing, but the store was divided into unisex, with the left side showcasing women’s and the middle/right sections of the store containing male fashion. If you’re into athletic/sports wear or are getting into Wimbledon and want to look like you fit in, then I’d say Fred Perry is the place to head. They do offer some nice men’s jumpers/polos/bags but as a woman I didn’t find the store catered to all my needs in comparison to others(I’d much rather hit up Urban Outfitters across the road). Another quality Liverpool One store.
