Came to Fazenda based on reviews and it lived up to them. First, the service was fantastic. Our waiter was always near by, seemed concerned if there was a possible issue and was friendly without being unauthentic. I have been to many other rodizios and this was similar but on the high end. Started with fried prawns and cheese bread. I gave my prawn to my son so cannot comment and the bread was probably the weakest part of the experience, not bad but not great. Salad bar was excellent. Some nice touches included sushi, corn chips, mozzarella with tomatoes and smoked salmon. You come here for the meat, though, and they did not disappoint. Many different cuts, including lamb, beef, sausage and chicken. As I said, been to many rodizios and the meat was among the best. Particularly liked the ribeye, garlic steak and lamb chops. What was very nice was how often both the servers and our waiters asked about our favorites and made sure we got them. Again, the service really stood out here. Finally, had sorbet for dessert. Again good, but not as good as the meat. Highly recommended, would love to come back.

Absolutely epic. You have a card that has green and red sides. You show green for meat and red for a rest. When on green waiters come to your table and ask if you want a variety of meats like lamb, steak, chicken, sausage, gammon etc. There is a salad bar that you can go to with tons of veg, salad, sushi and sundries. Even veg crisp. Definitely my favourite place in Liverpool.
