High level of staff change over at David pluck, as many leave because of poor satisfaction as this May also affects customers poor turn out in many of these shops. Customers want staff who have a greater knowledge of betting markets & prices when they ask, not some dimwit who lasts only a week B4 they move on. Boring atmosphere will always move customers away. YOU BET ON IT.

David Pluck is a north west bookmakers but not the most well known or popular of bookies.
I’m not sure what it is about David Pluck, but every one of their branches I’ve popped into in Liverpool seems quite runned down and has dull, boring atmosphere. Unlike some other bookmakers, it appears less attractive even though most of their odds are sufficient. I’m not a horse better, but David Pluck seems more focussed on horse punters than any other sport. It also doesn’t seem to promote itself very well and rarely offers free or special bets.
Whilst a bookmakers doesn’t have to be hi-​tech in any way, I feel there is a lot more that could be improved in terms of the ambience, tables, seating and display technology (such as touchscreens).
