Another fast casual Mexican chain, similar to Chipotle, which is not in Liverpool. They do take ‘hot’ quite seriously, so don’t assume it’s bland British Mexican food. The menu is similar to chipotle as well, but the rice is better. Portion size is decent, and there is wifi available, just ask for the password. There’s a loyalty card available if you’re planning to return.

This has to be my favourite restaurant in liverpool, I go at least once a week with friends and we all love it! The service is very quick, the staff are friendly and most importantly, the food is delicious.
They cater to everyone.

Liverpool One is a bright light in a dreary city. I was happy to stumble upon Barburrito which was basically an English take on a number of US mission style burrito chains like Qdoba or Chipotle. It was a nice change from the usual fried fare that is served everywhere in the country. It wasn’t as flavorful as the American places, but it was better than a lot of the food in Lancashire.

Visiting this place whether during a lunchtime or dinner never lets me down. Although it may be a little pricey, the fillings are yummy and always go down well. Indoor is a bit on the loud side with background music but outdoor seating is another option which I found more relaxing since I enjoyed a peaceful time with myself and my stuffed burrito which again was delicious (especially the pulled pork choice) with a couple of extras to fill the mouth load. So, if you ever fancy a bit of fast Mexican feast, this is the place to dine. Don’t fancy a wrap, then you can go for a burrito bowl.

Barburrito is a great little place to pop in and get a Mexican style taco snack on your way through Liverpool One. Admittedly, it’s a bit fast foody, but it’s good food and it’s better than McDonalds and Burger King, probably healthier too.
Another bonus with this place is that you can grab a Mexican beer to wash town your burrito with whilst you sit out front and watch the world go by past Liverpool One.
Barburrito is a great place for a snack, but no good if you want a proper meal. It would be a good place to go on the way back from or just before a visit to the Odeon in Liverpool one! I definitely recommend this place!
One of the great things that this company does is to offer all Liverpool One staff key rings that allow then 20% discount in store, a gesture they don’t have to make, but one that sure makes a difference!

Barburrtio is the perfect place to grab a snack before heading into the Odeon to watch a film. If you don’t fancy shelling out for the overpriced cinema food then make sure you walk over to this awesome little restaurant. The nachos in particular are great (try the chili shredded beef) and are much better value and have an authentic taste when compared to the dry tasteless cinema equivalent.
If your in a hurry then grab one of the Burritos. The great thing about this restaurant is the customisation that you can have. Every dish can have the meat, salsa, type of bread or tortilla changed to your own personal taste. You can even request different levels of spiciness.

After hearing countless positive reviews of Barburrito, I had to try it out. I was absolutely 100% disappointed. The food was tasteless, they were out of everything I wanted (chicken, guacamole, salsa!!), and they were rushing us out the door when closing time wasn’t for over an hour and a half.
When a complaint about the food was made (I had a burrito and we shared an order of nachos), they refused to re-​make the food OR give us a refund on the burrito because it had been «touched». Apparently, that was their company policy. How can you know something is awful without tasting it first? There was only one small bite taken out of it, it’s not as though I had eaten the entire thing, save a bite and expected a refund.
I will never, ever return to this establishment. The food, atmosphere, and staff were all incredibly terrible.

This is one of the latest new arrivals to Liverpool, courtesy of Liverpool 1 ! Barburrito is a Mexican restaurant ‘inspired by the street markets of Mexico’. It’s great to see something a bit different in Liverpool, and this is a great place for lunch, dinner or just a quick snack. You can choose from burritos, tacos, nachos, and quesadillas. You make your choice and then pick what you want in it — chicken, beef, salsa, sour cream, beans, lime rice, salad, jalapenosit’s a little like a Mexican Subway!
Prices are good value and there are regular offers and promotions running.
The restaurant itself is still fresh and new, decorated in a contemporary style. It can feel quite crowded at busy times, but always has a great atmosphere.
