Sadly although still in the hands of his good lady wife, we lost Allan last year, he was only in his early 50’s and not just a Master of his trade but a total gentleman– Allan RIP.
The business contonues to thrive and is run on traditional lines with all cuts being prepared in this beautifully laid out and spotlessly clean establishment. Long may you thrive and keep that name above the door.
