Real really big store with such a wide variety of items on offer.
You literally cannot be m&s on quality, especially their food.
They have a great little deli restaurant where you can have a quick glass of prosecco and a bite to eat!
I had the cheese on toast with chutney and m&s cloudy cider and I could honestly have stayed there all day.
Fantastic !!

I was in Marks and Spencer’s in Sprucefield today to try to order flowers to be delivered in Larne next week. The member of staff was very helpful, Glynis, but she was unable to complete the order. She telephoned for advice and was very surprised to be informed that Marks and Spencer’s no longer delivered to addresses in Northern Ireland.
Although I don’t use the delivery service frequently, I find it strange that this service has been discontinued especially with no notice.
I hope that this policy will soon be amended.

I already loved M&S but this store in particular has been one of my best experiences. The whole place was clean and orderly, despite having a and many shoppers. My favorite part of the store is the section with pre made salads. They are delicious and VERY healthy! I haven’t had one that I don’t enjoy, and this store has loads of variety. Their fresh baked breads were scrumptious, too!
I also had a good experience in the women’s clothing section, finding a lot of great pieces in the sale racks as well as the regularly priced items. The sales staff were helpful and even tried to get me an additional discount on m purchase (although the till wouldn’t accept more of a discount than I already had!)
All in all, a wonderful store! I only wish there was one in my own home town. :)

Meet with friends here from anywhere in N Ireland as it is just off the M1 motorway, yet handy to Belfast. Large range of goods to choose from, and places to eat. Usual M&S high quality!

One of the largest M&S stores I’ve been in, honestly you could get lost in there! Obviously you’re spoiled for choice, but can you hear me complaining? No, I didn’t think so. From Per Una over Autograph, shoes, lingerie, homeware and food and gifts, the list is endless. I t is hard to decide were to start first and you have to be methodical not to miss anything. You could lock me in the entire weekend and I probably had trouble to get through everything. The staff is really friendly and well trained and no question is too small or task to big to assist the customer. A really nice trademark!

This is the best of their stores in NI. The new homeware department is massive, although its quite dear and you’re better keeping an eye out for one of their sales. They also sell off their display furniture every once in a while– i picked up a £1200 sofa for £350 this way although i did have to arrange collection myself. This store also has several places to eat. There is a café, a food bar, a coffee stand at the entrance, and a full service sit in restraunt.

Very impressed with the service I received at this Marks & Spencers branch when we were looking for new furniture. Staff were very friendly and even told us that there was going to be a sale the next week. So we saved 30% on our new sofa.
