London Scuba

I have just taken up scuba again. I tried this place a few years ago. (I read the last two reviews on here and they are clearly London Scuba staff, I would back up the other two reviews).Anyway… I had an injury due to missing tiles in the pool. I was taken to a hospital by an instructor with a broken leg, he answered the phone while driving the car and reading a map to get me to hospital.
I was called by Office Manager a few day later asking me to resume my training (in a pool that the staff knew was dangerous). He was surprised I wanted my money back and tried to block me getting my cash back, saying he didn’t have the authority as office manager to authorize a refund
I got my money back in the end but I had to do all the work (letters threating legal action), complaining via PADI and Group-​On etc.. I would avoid this lot. London Scuba is NOT in London… need I say more… avoid avoid avoid…
Giving them one star is generous…
