So what do I feel about Able Group? Well I was able to get an appointment for a boiler service and subsequent repair on a Saturday which is very helpful and convenient being a temporary worker because if I don’t work I don’t get paid. Engineer very pleasant. He showed me the leak in the boiler and it definitely needed repair. I would have liked a quote in writing from Able and a written appointment confirmation. Expensive I felt and I had to chase the call centre up for the over the telephone quote. Will probably get my boiler serviced by the manufacturer Vaillant next year to be on the safe side. I felt this company were quite pricey to the point they wouldn’t be my first choice again.
