The Tiffin

The Tiffin is broken down into two shops, one being a sort of cob shop where you can get sandwiches and samosas and things like that, just a quick place to have a snack. And the other shop is the main indian restaurant.
The place offers everything any indian restaurant would offer which is good authentic indidan service, an authentic indian design (with the music) and all the typical indian food (meat and vegetarian).
When i went although things did come fairly quickly
(move to the cons) it wasn’t very nice. I find it to be bland, tastless also indian food is known to be spicy but we asked for it to be extra spicy but you just couldn’t tell. Also compared to other places in Leicester the price was fairly steep

Steep price. Seems to have a good following. Recommended as one of the best indians you can get on London Road. Probably true several years ago, but not know. To be honest resting on its previous laurels. Okay but not great
