Absolutely brilliant beer & wine merchant.
The Offie is a friendly, helpful store & deserves the many national awards they have been been honoured with.
Over 500 different beers & a few hundred wines & spirits too.
I would say the Offie always had the crown & over 20 years of superb trading seems to prove it.

Taking on the beer crown when the old faithful Bottle Store closed its doors on London Road/​Queens Road, the Offie has gradually become an aladin’s cave of beer (even commisioning its own brew now). It used to suffer from out of date stock, but hasn’t for several years now; and the range of German, Belgian, US, European and British ale is incredible.
