Second time I’ve been in this pub and second time I’ve wait several minutes to be served. Both time the pub has had a couple of guest ales and these seem to be kept very well. and served well.
This place is only let down by the speed of the bar staff.

Nice traditional atmosphere and building, just next to the train station. They show sky sports, but the rest of the time it’s a quiet, friendly place. Beer is excellent: good range of real ales with guests, and the food is OK (but nothing special). Bar staff are always very friendly.

This pub situated in the heart of narborough is very well decorated.
It has an oldy worldy feel created the wood seats. Its large and spacious inside, with a large car park at the rear.
The food menu is good with reasonable choice and reasonable prices. Last month when I ate there it was 2 meals for £7.you cant go wrong at those prices
food was hot and fresh
the only downside is they are never fast and I have waited an hour for food before, although at the time of ordering the bar staff did point out long delays
not ideal for children although they are allowed when eating before cut off time (8pm I think)
