Kibworth Post Office

Staff are Kibworth PO are awesome anyway, always friendly and professional, but on Friday they went above and beyond to help me! I was expecting delivery of some essential medication which needs to be stored in the fridge (it comes packed in ice) I was at work but had made arrangements for my parcel to be delivered to my neighbour, however I noticed on my home CCTV that the postman had not left my parcel! I was concerned that this would be returned to the depot until Monday and the medication would not be chilled! I phoned Kibworth PO and the lovely man went out of his way (when he was busy serving other customers) to help me, he managed to locate my parcel and even put it in the fridge until I could collect it after work! I am super grateful for such fantastic customer service!!
