Bury and Hilton is the largest and probably most successful estaate agents in Leek. The lead negotiator is a very experienced seller, and knows the market inside out, so I think Bury and Hilton is great for people who are very keen to sell their property. Other agents tend to price property at a higher value, but a house is only worth what someone will pay, and they seem to be able to get results. I would say they price realistically and win sales because of their local reputation and fierce bargaining. The showroom is the biggest in Leek and located with good access to parking.
