First of all I want to make it very plain that I’m not a keen shopper and that applies double to following someone else around watching them shop. This was, however, my fate one day last week and my leaders meandering brought us to New Look.
I actually enjoyed it! Not only did I feel compelled to start selecting clothes for my partner (and there was a great choice) the store was pleasant to wander around and the staff were an absolute joy.

Agree with CherryDeLuxe, this New Look’s a right tip. There’s stuff all over the floor and nobody seems to be doing anything about it. I’m giving it three stars, however, because I just bought some beautiful black patent mary-​janes for £20 and there were plenty of pairs in all the sizes. Or rather Hot Steve bought me them. Yay :)

I’m not really a fan of this shop at the best of times, and the white rose branch has always looked past its days, and very messy, but when I went in yesterday, not only did the shop look appauling the staff were awful.
Stood around bitching, one was litterally leaning right over the counter, thought she was going to go for a nap, whining at great volumes, ignoring all customers, and clothing on the floor. One even said very loudly
«I’m off to miss selfridge for a bit I’m bored s**tless here and everything looks crap»
