I bought from the sister site months back and got my t shirt fine I just ordered a Michael Jordan jersey that I couldn’t find anywhere else and received it after a week and a half I was getting worried after reading all the reviews, it sounds as if their back on track judging from jaazys comment ??

My advice, don’t buy from this site. My bank called to confirm the payment as it looked suspicious(paid by bank transfer) but I went ahead anyway. I’ve had no item, no replies to my messages and my order status is now ‘Caspers Orders’. Ordered on 23-Jul-13 and nothing has arrived yet. Thankfully I didn’t order anything too expensive. Again, Don’t buy from these jokers. Google the support number and you’ll find the same image and number on another site. The company address also appears to be flats according to google maps and business searches.

Same here ordered jersey on 24th May. No delivery, no response to emails & no answer to phone calls. The freephone number listed on the website now says it’s been disconnected or is no longer in service. Had to leave 1 star as it won’t let me leave none. UPDATE Contacted my bank(Santander) as I paid by debit card. Spoke to their fraud department. They have advised that they will take up the case & providing I can show that I have tried to contact the company(screenshots of messages etc– they have a facebook page & are also associated with ) that they will refund the payment to my account while they take action to retrieve the payment. FURTHERUPDATE Had a reply from Santander the owners of the website use an agent to process the payments (now known as Skrill). In the smallprint when you make a card payment you will have agreed to allow to take the payment from your account(check your bank /card statement it should say the payment was made to ). As this agreement is just for a payment to be taken, your bank /card provider are powerless to do anything. BUT contact Moneybookers /Skrill(UK customer support — 02035145562) & advise what has happened they will contact the agent & ask them to reply within 5 days with proof of delivery of the goods or a valid reason why delivery hasn’t been made which they cant /wont do. After that time Skrill should refund your payment. I have just received an email from Skrill saying my payment has been returned to my card I’ll update again when /if I actually get it back. Having ordered NFL Merchandise from this company with a 14 day delivery pledge, 49 days later i am still waiting and they do not answer any form of communication and are ignoring me and many others like me, which you will find on their Face Book page, which they updated on fathers day. Do not use this company. I gave 1 star as they do not do no stars. They have basically stolen my £89.
