Went for breakfast (porridge and orange juice). Took 20 minutes for the food to come out as their microwave blew up. Was offered a free muffin at first which I declined (and asked for a refund). A minute later, someone came out with 2 lots of porridge (done on the stove). Turned down the second porridge (why would I want two lots of porridge?) and went on my way. Also WiFi wasn’t working. Always seem to run into problems at this branch (incorrect orders etc). The one in Birstall is much better.

I’m not a massive fan of McDonald’s as I find much of their food over processed but there are times when it fills a hole quite nicely and this particular McDonald’s is near work…
So…how do I distinguish one Mc D from another well, this one seems to have a pretty bright and cheerful crew behind the counter and it is probably the only McDonald’s I have used where they get the order right first time and can accept demands like ‘no bread’ without laughing, asking if that means no pickles or running for a manager.
It has a crazy car park though.
