Came with my twin who ordered noodles with rice. Instead gave her a rice box that looked and tasted really cheap and bland!!! Had one strand of tofu she went to ask if they could put more tofu in and they said no. She asked if they could put noodles in and even offered to pay more. They said no and she would have to order another box! I ordered a satay box which was substandard. Could have made it at home. Horrible quality. Terrible customer service. What a shambles of a place. Will never return.

Based in the heart of Leeds city centre is the 2nd branch of this small business. The Huddersfield branch whcih is the original one has won a couple of awards for its food. With high hopes we entered in and were greeted well by the lady behind the counter which was good to see. We placed our order and didnt notice the duplication in the names(Thai Spring Rolls and Thai Spring Rolls(v)) which the lady could have pointed out in a polite manner but was very rude. The literal words«You should mention clearly and properly». Whoa !! We were then given a 2 inches by 5 inches piece of paper which had our token number on it. No sign of a receipt yet and none given even when we asked for it. The order took about 5 – 8 minutes to be prepared which was reasonable time and the quantity and quality of the food are good for the price. However, we noticed something really interesting which was the welcome on customers entering was essentially a way of saying give your order or shoo off as there was 1 customer who said we are just having a look first at the menu which didnt go well with her. Rude staff member behind the counter but I might just dare to pop in for the food. Hopefully things should be better the next time around.
