Every time I return to M&S they excel and I always come away wondering how long they can continue to get better.
Had to call in recently with a slow puncture. I had put my rather worn spare on for the journey down and the guys were happy to not only repair my puncture but also put the repaired wheel back on. All this for only £15!
I had some card problems when it came to paying and they couldn’t have been nicer about it, letting me return later with the money.
