I enjoyed my cosy experience at Café Florence. I visited with my friend and we both shared pizza which was actually very nice.
I didn’t know what to expect really after reading a mixed bag of reviews but i’m pleased to say that the food, service and setting was very good.
Try the latte on a cold wintery morning to give you that early morning kick.

Despite looking more like a greasy spoon than any kind of Italian eatery, Café Florence serves up a decent pizza alongside its more traditional English breakfasts. One of those great places where you can fill up, take your left overs away for dinner and get your coffee fix all for less than a fiver, Florence serves its food in eye-​wateringly large portions. With plates this large cafes often compromise on quality, so it was refreshing to find my pizza light, crispy and positively dripping with cheese. It tasted just as good cold, too.
