Carwurx Garage Services

Cannot recommend enough. Have used Carwurx for the last couple of years since moving over to this side of Leeds, but also on the back of recommendations from friends. I’ve had minor repairs done (bearing, brakes) and full service, however my partner has had a major engine repair done here also. It’s always been very well priced and all work done has been to a very high standard. Chris takes excellent care.

Upon the sudden realisation that my MOT had almost expired and my usual garage had relocated to Ilkley I had the good fortune to notice a Facebook post from a friend of mine recommending Carwurx. I figured I’d give them a go and Chris managed to fit me in for a full service and MOT at short notice (and on a weekend too… amazing!) so 8am on the Saturday morning I set off…
Carwurx is hidden away off kirkstall road behind Kwik Fit so you wouldn’t really notice it if you weren’t looking but once you’re on Washington street it is easy to find as you just follow the road round. Chris quoted me a good £40−60 less than the other garages so (given my past experiences at the likes of Kwik Fit) I was expecting to turn up and find a load of extra charges on top of that or a long list of work that had to be done… But no! I was pleasantly surprised to be mistaken. I was only charged the amount quoted, all work done well and although I need my brake pads replacing at some point there was absolutely no pressure to have it done there and then and I got a quote for the work if I chose to have it done by Carwurx… which I probably will!
Great service, great people, great price… I think I’ve found my new garage :-)
