The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had! BEWARE, I don’t normally write or even take online reviews seriously, but these cowboys take being ripoff merchants to the extreme. I won’t go into details, but I ended up spending £40 extra for an ‘equivalent’ device to the one I originally ordered and had already paid for, all because it turned out they didn’t actually hold stock (basically a glorified middle man?) Then they took 3 weeks shipping it to me, and after I’d had shall we say stern but not aggressive words with them on the phone when they first messed me about they had promised me there would be plenty of freebies chucked into the deal (leads etc.) when it arrives late. NOTHING. Then a couple of days after my ‘make do’ piece of kit arrived, they had the audacity to send a customer services email to me asking me how my experience went! Please, stick to gear4music, dv247, absolute music, gak etc for all your purchases, Camden Sounds Do not deserve your business.
