Argos is pricy and very ordinary. Argos nowadays does not want criticism. You cannot criticise them when reviews asked. I bought two items and I tried to provide reviews stating actual problem with those. My reviews are rejected 4 times. Below are the copies of my reviews. You decide what is wrong in them TV table:
The height is too less. Takes some time to assemble. The glue given was not enough for all the holes. You need hammer and screw drivers for fitting. Coffee Table:

Massive Argos, with a handy location just down from St Johns Centre and other car parks.
Clean, not too busy on a Saturday morning, plenty of self-​service pay machines, although it took a while to actually get the item — one of the guys behind the big counter had to ask what number we were because we were the last ones waiting. But then that shows good service because he was attentive to our needs and that, so well done sir.

This is a new Argos store to Leeds. Located on the Headrow is right in the city centre. I do find this poses a problem for parking if you are buying heavy goods as there is no carpark so if you are planning to buy heavy or bulky items perhaps a different Argos store would be better.
As a brand new store everything is clean and bright. It is a fairly large store with plenty of catalogues to look through and stock checkers. Also so items are out on display in the store. I find Argos hard work for shopping if i’m honest, first you have to check your item is in stock, then join a queue to pay for your item, once you’ve paid for your item you then join another queue to collect it. This is hard work with small kids in tow. But as Argos sell just about everything and are reasonable priced I do use this store a fair bit.
