A big cry of sorrow went out in our house when we saw another take away opening in chapel allerton we thought it was the death nell for the area. What a pleasant surprise the difference with this one is the food. ii’ve tried various dishes not one bad one. Hope it stays like that

Bit annoying that I couldn’t find a phone number, because they only seem to let you order online or in the shop, but then I’ve only been here on the way home from the pub so it makes no difference to me :)
Nestled between The Hub and Casa Mia, Abid’s do a decent donner meat and chips, and a tasty chicken kebab. I wasn’t so much for the burgers but that might have been because I had one after many, many pints of Red Stripe, and there were other factors involved.
Anyway, bit pricey on the cheesy chips front, but within stumbling/​crawling distance of all the main bars and pubs in Chapel Apple so as Kirsty and Phil would say, it’s about location, location, location.

Well firstly I have to agree with the other reviewer. What a ridiculous joke it is trying to find a number for this place. Basically, phone up the restaurant in Pudsey and ask them for it.
Also, they’ve plastered their front window with those terrible just-​eat stickers which I don’t want to order through.
Anyway, onto the food. It’s the best curry in Chapel Allerton, way ahead of Jaldi Jaldi in the microwave, I mean, on the move. It’s better than Kamran’s ever was. The veg dishes I tried were simply the best I’ve ever had, in Leeds or anywhere else. My bro from London said his meat kebab was better than anything available darn sarf.
It’s tucked away inbetween two units, pretty well hidden, but if you give it a go, and it’s still to the same standards as today, you won’t be disappointed One star lost for sloppy marketing, especially relating to the telephone number and ugly generic just-​eat.
