I believe the first review is for the lovely little post office in Bishopsmead parade. This post office in Station Road does not offer anything like the same service. The office is often closed without notice. It is understaffed, and you are sometimes lucky if the staff talk to you (if they are not on their mobile phone!)

My favourite Post Office in the area — although it is also the smallest. The postmistress is friendly and very reliable. The store also sells papers, cards, sweets and items of stationery. Prices are competitive.
