Love this family run Chinese restaurant.
Have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The service, however, can on occasions be a bit hit & miss if they are very busy. We always have ample portions and never leave hungry.
It is on average around £1-£2 extra on your main dishes than some others in the area, but we dont mind paying to ensure good quality. Now The Rendevous has gone, I think this is one of the originals & best in Leam. Good for all occasions.

Great food and great service! We like the crispy duck and salt & pepper ribs for starters, the prawns with asparagus main. So good!

Very tasty chinese food. Highly recommend the chicken with almond and chilli sauce — it’s not something I’ve seen anywhere else, and it is delicious. The dishes that come in a ‘birds nest’ are also excellent, though the birds nest is made of potato rather than cuckoo spit (which is a good thing, if you ask me). The restaurant is usually quiet and peaceful, though it’s often full so booking is a good idea. Prices are on the higher end of the scale at about 9 pounds for a main course, but we think it is worth it. Theoretically there is a minimum spend per head, but they have not held us to this in the past. As the restaurant is upstairs, it’s probably not a good place to go with a push-​chair.
