Sydenham Balti & Pizza

The first time we ordered we were pleasantly suprised it tasted nice. We ordered various things to feed a few hungry mouths from the curry to keema nan and biryani etc. So did not hesitate to order again we were disappointed the food was strikingly different in quality and taste from the first order, we put this down to a one off and ordered again this time diabolical does not even come close the food was that bad that after a mouthful we felt it would be safer to bin it. I would never recommend this restaurant instead go elsewhere if you dont want to take pot luck with spending your hard earned money on well below substandard food.

Balti and Pizza might seem like an odd combination, but they do at least half of it well (haven’t tried the curry). It may not look much from the outside, but I had one of their pizzas last night and really enjoyed it. It was cheaper than a standard Domino’s/Pizza Hut and at least as good. They run a ‘Buy one get one free’ offer which they state is ‘any pizza any size’, but after confirming this was the case, they then told me it didn’t apply to small ones. Any medium or large pizza is BOGOF though. Prices are good, the pizza was very cheesy, I’ll be going back. Takeaway only.
