Globe is a food shop specialising in Oriental ingrediants. It’s fairly large, so they have quite a good selection. Many of their goods have labels entirely in Chinese, which makes them a bit tricky to decipher if you only speak English, but you can often guess what they are. The staff are very willing to help and very knowledgeable, but not all of them speak English fluently enough to help with the language barrier. They can, however, point you to the right types of noodles or soy sauce for a particular job — there are subtleties in this that you will never master in Sainsburys!
