Absolutely shocking level of customer service. Their website does not reflect stock level. An item was out of stock which meant there was a delay in dispatching my order. When I asked why was I not notified that an item was out of stock, I was told that I should have said in the notes section «DISPATCH IF THERE ARE ANY ITEMS OUT OF STOCK «. Totally lackadaisical attitude and response. I would have rather paid more money from my regular supplier and got a better service. This is my first and last time buying anything from this company. I don’t think it would cost them that much to have a better website that is a true reflection of their real stock level.

So im going through that cupcake baking stage in my life. Cream cheese frosting with sprinkles on just does it for me!
This place is pretty special. It can satisfy all your cake making needs hands down! The prices are reasonable, if not cheaper than the online companies that sell this sort of thing.
I came out with 2 jars of edible glitter, some claret and sky blue food colouring paste. Some silver foil and red polkadot cake cases… and lots more cake baking geeking out products!
They also sell ready baked fruit cakes in various shapes, ribbons, cake related books, cake decorating tools, the biggest bags of belgium chocolate i have ever seen, edible paint… basically everything you would ever need if you fancied baking some cakes!
I will be returning to this little goldmine next week!
