I’ve nothing much to add to the previous reviews, it’s a pleasant little restaurant with good food and service at a reasonable price but I am surprised that no one has mentioned the most unusual plates & serving dishes they use which is a bit of a USP.
It’s licensed and has stiff competition from the two unlicensed retaurants literally opposite. I’ve also tried and reviewed these, unlicensed they tend to be busier apart from that there’s not much between them.
I believe they have a special offer on a Monday that quite tempting.

Nice place to eat. We always drop in when we’re in the Midlands for a meal with family and friends. We swapped to here when Peppers in Blackwell Street closed down some years ago. The food is very nice, the staff are helpful and compared with a southern Indian the food is a delight and not over priced. If you think this place is pricey, NEVER visit Brick Lane in London as their prices are two to three times as high!
