The Lounge Barbers

We came here today to get a haircut for my 2 year old son. This was his first visit to a barbers so we were slightly apprehensive to how he was going to take it.
I booked him in with Lois who is the manager, she was so lovely and patient with him and didn’t seem to mind him wriggling around or having a bit of an emotional wobble. The ‘ordeal’ was over very quickly and Louie no longer has a strange mullet which is a definitely a good thing.
The shop itself is quite small and is attached to the side of reflections hairdressers. They have 5 chairs facing a mirror and 2 wash stations. I can imagine on a busy Saturday that it can get quite cramped but the staff don’t seen to fazed.
They offer a full barbering service including a hot towel wet shave and prices range from £10.50 for a clipper cut to £19.99 for a wash cut and finish. One thing I did notice was they had a little fridge next to the counter with different soft drinks & beer for their customers which I think is a great touch.
If you’re close or in the area & need a trim I would definitely recommend!
