Spoke to Peter and asked if he could fix issue with a thermostat connected to underfloor heating not working. He said he fixes these all the time. He turned up late and the first thing he asked for was the manual to the boiler and the underfloor heating system! He continued to fiddle around with the wiring and an hour later he blew the fuse to the boiler. He scratched his head changed the fuse and told me the wiring to the thermostat was not correct. He had also short circuit ed the thermostat. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT CHAP. HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING AND WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE THAN THE INITIAL FAULT.
