Went in to buy two bolts at 30 pence each, stony faced ‘female’, refused to open the till for 60 p and I was assaulted by another customer whilst engaged in dismay at the stony faced b u l l s h i t. Swivel on it darling. ..

Drapers is located at the bottom of Ilfracombe High street. It sells lots of hardware stuff. The shop is absolutely crammed with stuff if anything a bit to much. If you’re after a certain nail or light etc then this is the place to go they keep everything. If you are unsure where something is then the staff will help you. Upstairs they have a selection of carpets, bean bags and curtains etc. Being honest the shop could do with a bit of a tidy up especially upstairs as theres so much and the prices aren’t displayed very well. It is all new stuff but the way it is just thrown in places doesn’t look new or professional. So overall I would say the shop is great for cheapish D.I.Y bits but could do with sorting out.
