The food was really good. We ordered 2 pizzas and the dough balls, the dough balls were the best part! The reason I gave 3 stars is the service was awful! They never checked on us, forgot the salad we ordered, stopped the manager to tell him we needed it, the manager said he would bring it right back, it never came. The bill came and we were charged for the salad, we told them we never got it, they said sorry, but didn’t offer to compensate it or anything. They also took 15+ minutes to bring us our drinks. Great food, Poor service!

It’s actually a joke that this restaurant is called Pizza Express. The two times we’ve been to this particular branch, the wait has been absolutely appalling — typically an hour to get a pizza! When you’re on a tight lunch break from work this is not a good thing.
The first time we thought it was a one-​off. To be fair the place had been packed out that day. But then it happened again — and the place wasn’t even that busy.
I think it’s a case of not having enough staff on because those that were there were definitely trying. But this terrible service would make me not wish to return.
Which is a shame because the pizzas are actually really tasty.
