We contacted the YBS a few weeks ago to ask about an excellent mortgage deal they were offering. We made an appointment with their mortgage advisor and got all the paperwork we needed together before the meeting.
Entering the branch, you get a very bad atmosphere. The staff ignored us and walked straight past us to their desks although we were obviously in need of assistance. The mortgage advisor had no idea what we were there for although we had provided all the information we had been asked for and told us to stay where we were. Possibly honest but quite unhelpful.
