Yes, the staff talk very very smoothly and have all their staff talking a great script. However i wouldn’t trust this lots with a stick, a marshmellow and a fire.(even with extensive fire brigade personnal, on the ready). There have been recent law suits about tennet getting injured by falling plaster, getting ill through dampness that had developed through leaks. Of which the maintenance guy said ’ it is really damp in these properties, it’s really weird!!!’ as he painted over the large patch of dampness, with no addressing of the water coming in. Seriously novice move without any due regard to doing a good job. Plumber not putting in 22 mm pipe which would just lead to extensive call outs and low quality machines. Leaking roofs, leaking guttering, Dry Rot, Wet Rot, Windows almost falling over, Water close to electrical supplies, bad tennets, bad written contracts which enabled no paying tennets to stay longer, drill holes through guttering, seriously leaking walls, don’t give a damn about tennets or the landlord. Just a lot of short termism. Managing my property steve aus, keep alot of us close to bankruptancy and the proverty line. It really is a great way to get to see incredible problems that tennets can with stand to a point. Until you get environmental council on your back asking for you to fix 20 things which you have already paid for. You knew exactly what was going on. You signed off for the work to be done.
