After a clear and resolvable misunderstanding between Ken Ellerkers and myself over some work on a bike, they proceeded with the labour knowing the job involved more than they had quoted. They then presented me with a bill four times in excess of the original quote and I was told by an incredibly arrogant sales assistant that my options were to either pay the bill in full or they would ‘undo’ the work and charge me the additional labour on top of the outstanding sum. The rude and borderline aggressive attitude displayed by the establishment’s staff coupled with their reluctance to resolve the matter in a civilised manner is nothing short of disgraceful.

This is a decent bike ship, which I think is slanted more towards Mountain biking. I do tend to drive past it though and go to others instead. It just doesn’t seem to quite match up, in terms of pirce or service
