yeah staff are good in hear, i returned a game and full refund was given without a scenario, shame there games are more expensive then anywhere in hull. otherwise would shop hear more

nice staff in this one that were helpful. i find being a bit ‘older’ music shop staff treat you as if you’re a bit daft

As the only remaining music shop in Hull it doesn’t have to try very hard, but the staff are amongst some of the most helpful and polite people I’ve ever met.
Nothing is too much bother for them, and they are extremely pleasant to deal with.

Hull’s last music shop. Smaller than record stores in other cities, you can barely squeeze past the kids trying to get their latest Britney album. The selection of albums is limited but there are often good deals to be found on latest releases.

Located in one of the main shopping areas in Hull this is a very large entertainment store with a lot of choice to choose from.
The store is quite deceiving and once inside is much more like a department store then just a shop!
From CD’s, DVD’s, T-​shirts, games, books and would you believerecords!
The staff are friendly and are always there when you need help pointing you in the right direction or even if they do not have the item in store that you are looking for they can check to see if it can be ordered instore at no additional cost.
If i am not ordering online, which i dont actually rate their website as i do think delivery times are slow compared to others, then i always ensure HMV is my first stop for my entertainment needs.
You can see why this is a long standing company that has stood the test of the credit crunch.

A very decieving store, it looks quite small on the outside but once in, its like a tardis. Stocking just about everything in CD’S, DVD’s and
also stocks a wide range of posters and other promotional merchandise, located down a once busy street it’s one of the few shops down Whitefriargate that still seems to be busy and packed out, Staff service seems to be very good, they quite often have offers on that are very decent and prices are reasonable compared to other stores.
