Down to earth local, open all day for bar service. Was once a quaint village pub with 2 rooms but no joining door so you had to go outside to access the other bar! Underwent a massive refurbishment about 5 years ago to make a long room with a dining area at one end (food weekends only I believe) and a pool room at the other end. Usually haver Taylor’s Landlord available and sometimes some good banter with the locals.
