Stayed here for one night in early November when visiting our daughter. A very old building with lots of rustic charm but with a modern feel. With eight real ales to choose from it is a beer drinkers paradise. Lots of other drinks to choose from also. The food we had was excellent. I had the fish and chips and it was as good as any I have ever tasted. The room was nice and the owners were very friendly. Everything was topped off the next morning with a perfect full English breakfast. Will definitely use again. Would make a great base camp for hill walking round the local area.
