A real good Persian place, sat in to eat before and had deliver before. Always very prompt on delivery and the one time messed an order they sent me a whole new order and my money back. When i sat in there it was a real cool laid back vibe, very Iranian and the guys made you feel welcome. Good quality food and a wicked chilli sauce (apart from one time they ran out and told me they had to borrow some haha)

I’ve been here several times, the food is great, but the staff really disappointed, some of them are rude and they charge me more each time I was there or they delivered, for last two time I’ve told them and they calculate again, this is really bad for this restaurant to charge more or always with different price, such a shame, good food but bad staff.
Just update my review (20÷2÷2015)
Since the management changed, everything’s get much better than before, very friendly guys and excellent foods.

I love Iranian food and i have to say this one is pretty good!
It is great tasting good value for money! And considering the horrible kebab alternatives nearby i cant understand why this place inst a lot busier!
I usually have this a couple times a month and have always recommended people eat from here. Apart from the Iranian kebabs and grills They also do special Iranian dishes which are all very good! You must try this little restaurant/​takeaway!
I usually go for the Mixed grill with rice, Bamieh or Gheymeh. Also if you have a sweet tooth try the faloodah!

when people say kebab shop i think greasy food thats gonna make your stomach hurt after! however after visiting Nayeb this idea has completely changed my mind, its a clean friendly environment, and their food is mouth watering, i defiantly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of catching a kebab from the other greasy places in hove, if u havnt tried nayeb your defiantly missing out. ever since my last visit i have been going there regularly, not only to have kebabs and shawrma but they also serve a wide range of traditional Iranian home made dishes.

Given that there are so many of these places nearby I would suggest trying Nayeb at least once. When you do you might think twice about getting your next kebab from the greasy and overpriced GFC. Nayeb is easy to miss as it’s nestled away in a rather understated row of shops on the corner of The Drive and Church Road. The food is just what you need and the staff are pretty friendly too. A great little Persian takeaway.
