I love Herons! They sell frozen produce at a really low cost, but they also have cheap household items (toilet rool, washing up liquid etc) and biscuits. I always check out the dairy section. Just today I bought 2 x weightwatchers mousse for 29p. What a bargain! The meats are also really cheap. They are offcuts so they don;t look perfect and pretty but that’s fine by me.

Great shop, much cheaper than the local Somerfield not only for frozen foods but also dairy, pop, tins etc. Bread and buns are cheaper elsewhere though.
Shelves are usually stocked well and the staff are always friendly

Heron Frozen Foods is a great shop for not only frozen foods but also for tinned goods like vegetables and fruit, yoghurts, crisps and biscuits.
Their frozen foods are very varied and really good value — the frozen fish and yorkshire puddings are always popular in our house but not at the same time haha!
The ice cream they sell is also very tasty and generally cheaper than what you would pay at the supermarket.
