I ordered some flowers from Claire at Appleblossom for a leaving present for one of my colleagues. They were absolutely beautiful, well presented and well worth the money. Because I work for a big company I have ordered a lot of flowers from various florists around Sunderland over the years for birthdays, anniversaries etc and have been disappointed on a number of occassions, but not this time. I will definately be using Appleblossom again and recommending them to my friends.

This shop is in the centre of Houghton le Spring and sells many different varieties of flowers, some thing for every occasion you could possibly need them for. For example, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Easter or a funeral. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help you pick out a bouqet of flowers if you are unsure if what colours to choose or how to present them. The flowers are always wrapped very well and look beautiful — the staff will also give you advise on how to care for the flowers you purchase if you are not confident with them.
