This is one of the best places to dine in the West Sussex area. The chef comes from a long line of established hotels and restaurants and this is his first place on his own. The food is all sourced as local as humanly possible(chef and his wife pick and dig for the veg at times) except the fois gras which he imports from France. The menu changes often as it depends what produce chef can order in but if you go, I highly recommend any of the seafood dishes. He gets it directly from the boats in Newhaven and Shoreham and it tastes so fresh! Great place for a special night out.
