BA have had a hard time of things in the press over the last few years… and by all reasoning they aren’t a budget airline as flight prices are usually more expensive than others… However if I can I always prefer to fly with BA, I like that they offer you a refreshment(meal — even if it’s a sandwich) and a drink. They offer great quality in-flight food in my experience and on my last trip the red wine choice was amazing. I also find their flights very clean. However that said, a flight is a flight and I really just want to get to that destination, so as long as we get there I’m not too fussy!

Le personnel de la compagnie est très âgé. Dommage ca le personnel représente la compagnie et là, visiblement ça fait vieux.

Outside of London, a very comfortable airport, approachable and spacious. Very convenient when traveling within Europe

We flew from Gatwick airport to Seville Spain and everything was smooth from check in to carry on suit cases was flawless. There were No extra charges for carry on baggage which were the same size allowance as the U. S and our flight included a sammie wrap, and beverages — including wine or beer. The entire crew was friendly and the plane was in great shape. I would definitely use British Airways again in the future!

Ok. I now understand what is going on. BA is being kicked out of North Terminal. Easyjet is moving in. This means that BA had no incentive to invest.

Miserable customer service, lost bags are floating around in the netherworld, there is no one who can provide information, customer relations cannot be reached, outsourced service is utterly baffled by any questions pertaining the the nature of reality and the existence of objects. DON’T FLYBRITISHAIRWAYS and if you have to, pack a useful carry-on.

I used them so much for work trips that I have a gold card and about a million air miles. So I’m locked in, but do find that they are the best airline in pretty much every aspect except for price. But then in the cost-quality-convenience triangle, you can only ever have two sides, and they sacrifice the cost. And so they can with so many corporate accounts!
