Stayed at the Rambler’s rest in May of 2013 and it was great. The family that run it were very helpful. The breakfasts were great, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was super convenient for walks around Castleton. Castleton is a freaking adorable village with lots to see. The only drawback is the parking lot. To get in and out you have to thread a needle of the stone walling that the whole village is built from. After I got the rental out of there I felt like Clarkson.
