For now, I’ma up ‘em one star because they convinced the apartment managers to refund us something…150 Euro (a small fraction of the 1200 Euro or so we paid them.
In the end, I was more bothered that the apartment manager basically lied to LA. While that isn’t necessarily LA’s doing, they do have responsibility for monitoring their properties.
Well give them another shot.
