Ryan and I live in LA and every time we visit my parents in Hoddesdon we have to go to Captain Cod :-) It’s the best fish a chips we have ever had.

Sorry but was horrible. Worst fish & chips I’ve had in England. Not as good as Long John Silvers in the states.
Fries were limp. Fish batter was soft :-(

Enjoyed a great order of fish and chips here last night with my wife. This is a family-run business and the owner Tony is a kind person. The portions are big! We could have easily split the order of cod and chips. Definitely delicious, though. Would come back easily.
