Nice little place to stop for a snack or small meal when you’re in the area. I was on the road to Skye that day and it was a nice midday stop for a little lunch and a break from the long car ride. I had a BLT and it was very nice. Appeared to have been made on fresh, very thick slices of bread. The place was pretty packed as a large group was there, but the weather was nice so picnicking in the car wasn’t a problem at all. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stop for a quick break and bite to eat.

We stopped here for a quick snack and bathroom break en route to Invergarry from Edinburgh. It reminded me of greasy spoon diners in the US, while still remaining distinctly Scottish. The food menu was varied and cheap, but we just grabbed some cheese fries and Irn Brus. I don’t know what it is about potatoes in Scotland, but the fries here were great, and this was the start of my week of having fries/chips once a day. The tables and restrooms were clean and the lady running the counter was friendly. WiFi was free, and they also had a table of souvenirs. If you find yourself hungry on the road or before/after a trip to the Dalwhinnie Distillery, this is a good little spot.
