You come in, sit down, work out what you want, order at the counter, and then they bring it to you. Nice and simple. The menu is simple too but in terms of burgers, definitely not short on variety. There are seven different burgers to order from, and you choose between beef or chicken, and whether to go skinny or double up. This pick and choose option is really handy and I wish other burger joints had this system. There are the standard sides: a selection of chip choices, corn on the cob, that kind of thing. I got the summer beef burger(mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and basil) with a side of skinny fries, and all in all it was pretty decent. The fries were maybe a little salty, and the amount of mayonnaise in the burger was slightly ridiculous — it got so messy that I gave up eating the burger like a «(cave)man» and cut it up instead. This only limited the mayonnaise from getting on my face but it still got everywhere else. The burger was tasty, if a little solid, and the bun was pretty good. The service was friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of Eden. Several different eateries have failed in this spot over the past few years, and I hope Ranch Burger can make it: it’s still early days and I’m sure they can pick up another star or two along the way.
