Tikka Cottage

Came here with some co-​workers. We tried their Tuesday banquet deal which is 1 starter, 1 main, 1 side and your choice of rice or naan all for $ 10.95. The deal seemed too good to pass up but unfortunately the food fell short.
Starters:
Seekh Kebab — was great — the highlight of the entire meal
Tandoori Chicken — was good and came out on a sizzling platter
Mulligatawny Soup — was also good with a nice flavour profile
Mains:
Chicken Korma — terrible. was too sweet and the texture was too thick. Almost dessert sweet
Lamb Rogan — very mild and lacking in any real flavour
Lamb Kharahi — again very mild and lacking in flavour
Sides:
Bhindi — acceptable but could have a lot more kick
Channa — watery and bland
Aloo Gobi — was just ok
The rice was slightly undercooked but the garlic naan was great.
Overall a «meh» experience. We may come back but will definitely order much much hotter dishes in search of some flavour.
